Adam Blair has labelled Jason Taumalolo a “dog” and believes he has delivered New Zealand a ” cheap shot” by electing to play for Tonga instead in the upcoming Rugby League World Cup.
“What a dog act, no real man would do this to anybody,” Blair told New Zealand radio.
“I mean sure, I’ve done some pretty dog things in my life, like that time I tried to knee Cooper Cronk in the juicy part of the temple when he wasn’t looking – but this is completely different.”
“And okay, there was also that other time I deliberately tried to remove the left eyeball of an unconscious Luke Brooks, but not playing for your country is another stratosphere.”
When asked what he plans to say to Taumalolo when he lines up against him next month, Blair had clearly given it a lot of thought.
“Well, what I do to him won’t be when he’s looking that’s for sure,” Blair responded.
“For his sake I hope he carries extra padding in the backside of his scrotum area coz man, I’m gonna put the biggest cheap shot on him there for being such a dog aye,” an irate Blair concluded.
Blair has already been penalised for what he plans on doing according to Tony Archer.
